I met Paris working at the YMCA and seen she was in great shape. First I was optimistic training with a female and I will never question her training techniques ever again! We did a Ab workout at the end of our session with no weights and my abs were on fire! I was hurting for a good 3 days, now I implement the same workout at least once a week. If your looking for results and not be sold a dream, I definitely recommend Ms.Davis as a personal trainer. Don’t let her slim body fool you, she definitely can go toe to toe with anyone in the gym.
Working with Paris was one of the best things I’ve decided to do for myself. After months of complaining I finally put my words into actions and contacted her after being referred. At first I was timid and doubting myself but she constantly motivated me! No matter how hard the workouts was she kept telling me to take my time and didn’t judge me and that made me feel so much more comfortable with her. I had to push through for me and her at this point. It will be painful but it’s so worthwhile, especially with someone like her by your side. Overall my life and motivation has improved.
